  Excellent service, and very friendly staff. However, my free chicken mayo was not to the standard I expected. The bread had a rubbery texture and the mayo was isolated to a far corner of the sandwich.

  Tables often not cleaned. Not enough cleaners on at busy times. When looking through to the food prep area, the floor always has food on it and looks like there has been a food fight.

  Ordered on new system
  25 minutes later food arrived all correct
  Whilst we waited we have loads to look at with all the other customers waiting with people who had been given wrong orders cold food etc... arguing with staff as they refused to refund ... table service was laughable with an extra from a zombie wandering in the wrong zone only 3 to choose from but 3rd time lucky even though the receipt he gave us clearly stated our zone... the manageress really needs to understand that a compliant when made is not a personal attack on her very being and then to shout at her staff in view of the public very unprofessional...
